Yes. All our vehicles can accommodate 23 kg of luggage per person, plus one carry-on bag.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
There’s no need to worry. Using the flight number you provided, our drivers will track it in real time and will be at the meeting point as soon as the flight has landed.
What happens if the flight or boat is cancelled?
In the event of cancellation, the service may be affected depending on when we receive notice.
If we are informed in due time, we will attempt to reschedule the transfer, subject to availability.
However, if cancellation is communicated less than 6 hours in advance, it may not be possible to reorganize the service, and a new reservation will be required.
In that case, you may claim the transfer fee from the airline or shipping company, as European regulations provide compensation for cancellations.
